Had an appointment at 1 and was still waiting at 2pm. I had to leave without seeing anyone. I was told that the person I had an appointment with was late because he had to do something with his grandkids. Receptionist even said that grandkids come first. I have only used them a couple times but I won't be back.
Worse H & R Block I have ever been too! Filed my deceased Dads taxes, they made a mistake, saying he owed $23.00 when he actually owed $295 to the state! Big difference! And since I did not purchase the peace of mind protection plan, they would only refund the late and penalty fees. Those even took numerous phone calls and trips to the office to keep turning in the IRS state letter! I will never go back here!
Always friendly and more then helpful. In the 13 years I've filed with H&R Block, I've never had a tax preparer get impatient with me for all the questions I like to ask. They just explain it thoroughly. Great job guys!!!
