Traveling from STL to BOSTON, needed new tires all around due to deteriorating weather conditions. The guys at Big O Tires got us in and out quickly when everyone else was booked out three or four days. They even let our two 100lbs dog chill in the lobby with us while we waited!
Top notch customer service! I blew a tire on the interstate shortly after closing time. I called the store, and I believe it was Matt who answered the phone. I explained to him I needed to get back on the road as I had another 4 hour drive to make and obviously couldn't do that on a donut. Like I said this was after the store was closed, Matt said come on in and he would wait for me to arrive. I arrived and Matt took care of everything. I had to have the tire replaced which he had back on the road in no time. I am/was extremely grateful for his willingness to stick around and help me. If I lived in the New Castle area, I would definitely be taking my car in for all my tire needs.
The manager, Matt, delivered amazing customer service! I was driving from Baltimore Maryland to Idaho Falls and was already "Checked out" by another mechanic before making the 30+ hour drive. However, we had started our drive we had to keep stopping every hour and a half to refill air into a wheel. As it turned out we had cracked a rim that wasn't really leaking air until we started making the trip back. When we arrived Matt and his team checked within a three hour radius to find the rim and got someone out there to get it delivered to us as soon as possible. He went above his duty when he also recommended a local place to stay the night and had called in and worked out a deal. Talk about exceptional customer service. We made it safe and sound to Idaho the next day. Also, I highly recommend spending the extra money on the warranty for the tires. It only cost me the extra few bucks to warranty the new tire they put on along with the cost of replacing the new rim. Thank you Big O!

Great experience. We were traveling from St. Louis to Boston and had to swap the tires out due to weather. Stopped at several places and was told at all of them that it wasn’t going to happen today. Called this location and spoke to Matt who assured me that he would make it happen ASAP. Drove over to be greeted by him and welcomed our two 100 lb dogs into the lobby. They got us in and out quickly despite the heavy workload they had. Very impressed with the workmanship and customer service.
