after one night with new mattress wanted to exchange for a different kind they said sorry can't help you I just want to return and I wanted to exchange poor customer service. The model was not in for model they put that on the receipt so they wouldn't give him in trouble for giving me a discount

I bought a couch and love seat over a yr ago and getting ready to purchase more furniture from them great ppl to deal with they work with u and show u whatever products u wanna see and when I set a price range they showed me many great products in that range would definitely recommend to anybody!
I purchased my appliances and some flooring and couldn't have asked for better service. Having a furniture store of this caliber in New Castle is a treat.
