I do NOT recommend going to this Tractor Supply. My family and I were in here yesterday looking at boots. I asked , who I believe is the assistant manager, if she could check to see if they had a pair of boots in the back because the ones out on the floor had some scratches on them. She told me it didn’t matter how they looked because they were on sale and refused to go check on a different pair because the boots were on sale and “I shouldn’t complain because it’s a good deal on the boots so why does it matter how they look”

If this is the type of customer service they give, especially an assistant manager, I would NEVER go there again. And this is the Tractor Supply in New Castle Indiana.
