Unprofessional and rude peoples . Made me wait over an hour while she stands outside my door talking on the phone. Then gets mad at ME because her son won't listen to her. Never going back
First off, the receptionist is not very friendly. Secondly, it was a 2 hour wait while there was only 2 people in the waiting room?! You couldn't sign in and come back. No one has 2 hours to wait to be seen. I watched 4 patients walk out in 15 minutes. I only gave it 1 star, because it required me to, otherwise I wouldn't have even gave that. Until it's ran more efficiently and has friendly staff, you might as well shut it down.
Waited for 2 hours.. rude employees and 1 provider with 10 patients seen AFTER I've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours.
