MY experience with this rehab center has been TERRIBLE. I have been waiting 2 months t be approved for PT for my knee. My insurance has said I am covered for it. I called a month into waiting for approval and told them my insurance said they need to call. No one bothered calling. The receptionist told me to come on in for a free session while waiting. I did and my PT rushed me back on out of there -- talk about a waste of a day off work. I recently called my insurance again and they told me no one had bothered calling them still and I should find somewhere else to go. Not as easy since I commute to work and would have to commute twice a week to PT. I called the Forest Ridge Rehab again and told the info I got from insurance. She said they had faxed 4 times for approval but maybe needed to call. She told me to call back and talk to Diane about it. I did. Diane said they've had the wrong damn fax number. I said well did you call them? "No, we don't have to call them." Excuse me?! Terrible business and awful receptionists.
