I was in New Castle caring for an elderly parent when my Labrador was attacked by another dog. Not only did they see my dog within 15 minutes of my frantic phone call, Dr. Reese and her staff gently took care of his wounds and had us on our way in no time. I recommend them highly!
Our poodle started having seizures. Our vet was able to treat her but was going to be out of town the next week the day after he seen her while out of town she had another and was soo weak and in pain. She was 15 years old and had been through 4 surgeries. We just couldn't stand to see her in any more pain. Was recommended to new castle. 5hey were so very compassionate and treated her with love and respect. After they put a little scarf on her. Wrapped her in her blanket and brought her to us and took the time to talk with us and let us know they understood our grief. Can't say enough thank you.
