I am a fairly new patient, and I must say I am never disappointed in my appointments. My waits are short, the staff is very friendly, and everything they do is explained to me. When it comes to procedures, the staff make sure I'm comfortable and in as little pain as possible. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
I got to the office just before the hour for my scheduled appointment slated for 7:00AM, and right after the hour, I was asked in for my examination and cleaning. The dental hygienist was thorough and very nice. When I was finished and went to the front desk to pay for the fluoride part of my treatment not covered by my insurance, I ran into a problem with my payflex card that I had to spend nearly a half hour over the phone to resolve, which as it turns out, was that I had mistakenly kept an expired card instead of the current one. The nice ladies at the front desk were very understanding as I realized my blunder, which will now be resolved with a new card being sent to me that I can then pay my bill with once I get it. It was appreciated that the ladies at the front desk were understanding while I was on the phone all that time seeking a resolution. I live over a half hour away from Parkview Family Dentistry, but I continue to go there happily, not just because of their professionalism, but also because I greatly appreciate that a few years ago, they opened up an appointment slot for 7:00AM on Wednesdays for patients whose schedules would make that a much more convenient time, as it is with me since I work third shift. In today's day and age, great customer service is important, and this is how to do it right.
Everything was excellent as always. The atmosphere in the office is always cordial and inviting.
I am so grateful for the care that Stephanie and Dr. Rusch provide to my children. In my experience, there are very few hygienists and dentists who can make young children feel so at ease that they will go back for their cleanings ALL BY THEMSELVES (and do not want Mommy to join them).
