This was an amazing place! The staff is very informative and super nice! I love how they talked directly to my daughter and involved her in the conversation.
Our family saw a pediatric dentist in Muncie, since New Castle doesn't offer one. Upon learning that our children would need braces and in a couple of different phases, we were referred to an orthodontist in Muncie. At that time, I had no idea what New Castle even had to offer as far as an orthodontist, so my research began. As soon as I found some information about Sadler Orthodontics I started asking around and then called the office. Once I had that first consultation phone call, I knew this was going to be a great fit for us. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. They treat us like family and all 3 of our kids love it here! They offer a free consultation, the most up-to-date treatments, an easy way to make affordable payments & fun incentives for the kids for things like hygiene and following instructions with elastics, retainers, being on time for appointments, etc. Not to mention a beautiful smile upon completion. Dr. Chuck and his staff have truly been amazing and we would highly recommend this team to anyone considering braces!
