I can't afford these vBulletin so now in c screwed for my v as cation. I have to take an ambien to sleep and xnot be able tock ohf my brain and saddness. I walk around crying. I have been going to Colourz for well over 10 years. My stylist TODAY is the stylist I started with there. She was new and was the ONLY one that could get my hair to perm (it was short on top and every other location could not get the rods to stay). I have had many cuts/styles/and now colors and will not leave! They are top notch and are ALWAYS learning new ways, new styles, and staying up on the latest trends - Training is an every day/every visit task for them. And along with training themselves, they also train their clients on product use, equipment use, and best styles based on their hair type and face structure. My 3 daughters have also been clients for several years. Several times we have donated to Locks of Love and the ladies, not just the one cutting, were all so supportive and helped make a sometimes upsetting (cause so much hair is cut) a very remarkable and memorable moment. I went from a blonde to a brunette with the help and confidence of my stylist and after it was over, I received so many comments from others that it looked so natural and like it should have always been that color - that is huge compliment to my stylist for knowing what would be best for me! I trust anyone in there with my hair because they are trained and mentored by each other - they are all on the same page!! Not only have I had my hair done there, but eyebrows, massages, tanning (when they had it), nails, and purchase products. I have found a gem!
Always a great experience at Colour'z New Castle! I've stopped in for the spur-of-the-moment eyebrow wax, have had a delightful pedicure and time of pampering, and have regular standing appointments for shampoo & cut, and color/style. The atmosphere is positive, the stylists are knowledgeable, and continually learning and researching on the latest trends and hairstyles. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with positivity and smiles, a place of relaxation and pampering and I look forward to this treat each time!
Had a "girls day" with sisters, mother & niece several months ago. WONDERFUL experience! They have multiple seats available for pedicures, which is rare in this area. Shop is clean and very professional. I've also had massages there a couple of times & wish I could afford to do it every day!! All the staff was friendly, courteous and good at what they do. If you are looking to be pampered for a day, I would highly recommend this place! (And no, I don't work there, or know any of them personally.) One of my sisters "picked up the tab" to celebrate her big promotion at work, so I have no idea how expensive/inexpensive it was. The manicure price was not cheap, but not bad, and definitely worth every penny!!! I WILL be going back!
