My mother got what was soposed to be a trim and thinning out and is now missing 4 inches of her hair. The girl wanted to cut my son's hair and got upset when he didn't want her. She cut my mom's hair instead. So my mom has been bawling her eyes out due to the chop job ever sense . Also the girl that cut my son's hair left a bruse from where she was holding his head. I will never return. The staff is rude and has caused a lot of tears in my house. Action will be taken.
Great place to go get a hair cut. They are very nice and do a great job on taking care of their customers. When you go ask for Shelby, she cut my hair and she did amazing! Thanks Shelby!

Butchered my hair so bad I cried. Few years later they butchered my son's hair so bad he had to come let me try to fix it and I'm not even a stylist. Terrible terrible
I had Ashley cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. I showed her a picture and described what I wanted, and she understood and did it exactly. Stopping every now and then to ask me how I liked it definitely helped us to achieve the look I wanted. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back!
