Very nice people who will work with you if you don't go in screaming like an idiot! Treat them with respect and they will back. They are just trying to do a job like everyone else and I have never had an issue with any of them!

Atlas Collections has a job to do and I understand that. My delinquent debt was due too Medicaid failing to pay a bill and not informing me of that decision. I filed an appeal with Medicaid and won. The blood sucking agent at Atlas handling the debt could care less about the appeal and it was not their problem. Even after Medicaid paid the bill other mysterious bills seemed to now be attached to the garnished funds and only part of the funds would be refunded to me. Like I said, " BLOOD SUCKER"
