She had a "great bedside" manner with our dogs. The services are always quick and convenient. We have a Chihuahua and a miniature pincher and would almost have to mussel them with other groomers; not with Staisha. We are very satisfied customers.
We had our dog groomed the other day and he had a 50.00 flea collar on along with his regular collar and he came back without his flea collar. My husband called to ask about it and she said that she forgot to tell us that she broke it. She acted like it was no big deal and didn't offer to pay for it. The collar was thick and there is no way it could have broken with someone cutting it. very unprofessional. so now i am out of a 50.00 flea collar
