Pizza made like no where else. When we are in New Castle, we always stop here for pizza! The best sauce that doesn't leave one with heart burn! Pasta and salads are delicious !

The royal feast is the best thing i come for. Always a great place to come and meet friends. They have cherry cokes. I love it.
The past 3 times we have ordered from this location, they have told me '15 minutes and it'll be ready' but when i arrive the take my money then ask me to pull back around because its not ready yet. The shortest amount of time i have waited is 30 minutes. Today the manager took my money, closed the window, and went over and started making my order! This was 25 minutes after ordering! I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Then got the pizza home and over an inch of it had no toppings! The only time we get good pizza and service from this location is during the day
Great service. Friendly employees. I've personally never had any problems there. Never crowded. Food comes out in a reasonable time considering it's pizza. Pizza there does cost a bit though, but it's worth it.
