Good pizza. Average or possibly below average breadsticks. Consider and actual Pizza King if you want excellent breadsticks
The pizza was not good. We always get 2 pizzas to bring home to ky. Our families favorite.. one pizza stuck to oven rack, when pizza maker was taking it out 1/2 of it fell into oven. Had to wait another 15 min for another one. On both pizzas crust over done, dry no sauce, basically threw out 2 pizzas. Will go to different location next time.
I'm from Ohio but half my family is from New Castle. Top Hat II is the best pizza I've ever had. Get some every time I visit. No other pizza comes close.
Best. Pizza. Ever. Perfection on a crust! We love pizza and this is hands down our favorite by far. Its more expensive than the other pizza stores but worth it. You can look up the menu and available coupons on the website.
